Here is what I have learned this week.....

1) You can get sunburned on the back of your knees.
2) When you do, it hurts.
3) Dunking booths aren't so fantastic if you're scared of heights and don't like getting your face wet.
4) Dunking booths can be very dangerous (note, don't hold onto the bars while sitting on the slanted slippery seat that is made to break in half - you could lose an arm)
5) When your daughter loses her hat and you sacrifice your face and get horribly sunburned just to prevent your child from getting sunburned and your daughter then loses your hat, too, and gets sunburned anyway, it makes you very unhappy.
6) Noah has still not found anything worth being afraid of.
7) Nathanael is too cool to talk to me when his friends are around.
8) IF you wear sunglasses and get sunburned on your face your husband will openly mock you, and your children will, too.
9) Carl can act like Urkel so well it scares me.
10) When the air conditioner in your car goes out it will smoke under your hood and make you very afraid.
11) Not having air conditioning in your car when you live in Texas is totally boo.
12) Your children will refuse to ride with you and pick daddy every time if you don't have air conditioning.
